Kay:

Hello Questers and welcome to the final episode of our chakra round-up here. It is Friday, March 19th, and this is episode 315. As a reminder, we’ve been covering all of the chakras in the body and today we get to discuss the final chakra, the one right above your head, your crown chakra, your ohm chakra, your spiritual center.

Shi:

Alright. You said chakra round up and now all I can hear is chakra round up, some kind of little western.

Kay:

Chakra round-up.

Shi:

That’s all we’ve been doing all week, our chakra around up. It’s been so much fun, and we had to dedicate this whole episode to that top chakra, that ohm center, that spiritual place. It’s one that we love to stay in and our quote for you today is from Amit Ray, who says, “And suddenly you realize: you are in every dot of the universe of vanishing and arising.”

Kay:

Alright.

Shi:

Whoo!

Kay:

Whoo! Okay. So, let’s take this down to just a physical level because this quote sounds so esoteric than it might be. Okay, girls, I get it. We’re doing chakra work you’re blinking in and out of stuff.

Shi:

We are one.

Kay:

But when you get down to the very, very basic molecular level of reality, we take the most powerful telescope in the whole wide world or microscope and we go down, we go down, we go down, we go down to the very basis of what are the atoms of the atoms doing? They wink in and then they wink back out and then they wink in and then they wink back out. But guess what? They don’t do anything unless someone’s looking at them. So, its focus plus energy equals momentum within the universe and all it does is exist and then go away. That’s the absolute, basic level of our physical reality when you look at the molecules of the molecules, of the molecules.

Shi:

They’re just infused with energy coming in and out of existence and then you bring it up a little bit and we are made of the same stuff that stars are made of. There’s only a handful of basic elements available. So, realizing that we really are one physically, even though we experience separateness – because as is the nature of the unfolding cutting edge of reality, welcome to it. You’re actually a huge lottery winner for having a level of consciousness right here on the cutting edge of reality. But we’re starting to see that, at the very, very small level we’re blinking in and out of existence. We’re made out of just the same few handfuls of ingredients. The universe is infinite, and we are just receivers of a signal that pulses electricity through our bodies until it doesn’t. So, we really are made up of the same stuff, blinking in and out of existence at the very smallest plane and in a world where we’re only alive in these conscious bodies for a very short time.

Kay:

Right. So, that’s above as is below, right? We’ve heard as above, so below. Well, we heard the “so below,” if you will, and that’s the molecules of the molecules…of the molecules. But my mind was blown recently when somebody made a comparison between our human body and our heartbeat and the electromagnetic pulse that the core of the earth gives out because your heartbeat pulses, boom, ba-boom, ba-boom, ba-boom. The center of the earth does the same freaking thing.

Shi:

Yeah.

Kay:

Mama earth, she’s working off the same mechanism that we are.

Shi:

And as you expand out into space, you see that the patterns of cell-like structures and the space in between are the same things. Aren’t we just blinking in and out of existence as human beings here on our tiny little thing, on this speck of dust traveling around a star in a countless sky of stars? So, “As above, so below,” and understanding this oneness that you really are, you as the larger consciousness, really are kind of everywhere and everything. It can be hard to wrap your mind around but that’s what this chakra is all about is connecting to that flow that is and of everything.

Kay:

What I love about that is that it’s on that crown center chakra and so it’s there to remind you that you’re royalty baby.

Shi:

Yeah, yeah!

Kay:

You are, in and of everything. You are created by the creator of the creator for the creator. You are the creator. This is it. Reality is you and when you wink out of existence, you’ll be doing exactly what you’ve been doing since the beginning of time, which is what everything does, which is wink in and out of existence. So, this weekend, as we really lean into this quote here by Amit Ray, we want you to just remember that maybe this was the episode for you where suddenly you realize that as Amit Ray says, “…you are in every dot of the universe, vanishing and arising.”

Shi:

Now you can probably guess what your Chakra Quest is for this weekend. We want you to look at the world for what it is, an extension of you. Can you see yourself in the sincerity of the stardust? What about the freedom of the flower in your front yard or the whispering wisdom of the wind. Realize the energies that live outside of you but are still a part of you and reconnect with them in some way this weekend.
